Head Start Family Advocate
The Family Advocate develops relational connections with families of children in Head Start in an effort to provide social service support, engage parents in the education and development of their children, and to help facilitate the recruitment process in assigned counties.
Experience with case management and established social services network connections required. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in social work or a related field, three years experience working with low income families or social service agencies, knowledgeable of human development and social work practices, intermediate computer skills, effective oral and written communication.

Head Start Bus Driver
Head Start is now taking applications for bus drivers. Requirements include high school diploma or its equivilent, clean driving record and must be willing to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Twenty (20) hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
Director of Health Services
Oversight of the Icap Women's Clinic operation, including administration of the program finances, staff supervision, planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation of the program in compliance with the Indiana State Department of Health and agency standards, grant development, submission, and compliance. Additional oversight responsibilities include the Women, Infant, and Children Nutritional program (WIC), and the Indiana Tobacco Prevention Cessation Program. Bachelor of Science degree in management, business administration, public health administration, or related field required, Bachelor of Science degree on nursing or dietetics and/or one year experience in public health management preferred. Planning and directing a social service delivery program and/or grant writing desirable.
