Today, the newly remodeled 20-unit complex has outside entrances for each unit, a 30 car parking lot and laundry facility. Each unit is equipped with a central air unit. Rents are affordable and structured to meet the needs of lower income individuals and families.

March, 1998 Rose Court apartments were opened after extensive demolition and
rehabilitation. Originally built in 1912, the apartment complex was condemned
and closed in 1992.
