Feed your family well.

How does WIC work?
As a WIC applicant, you will visit the clinic in your community for a free visit to be enrolled and to process your EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer). At the appointment, you’ll receive nutrition support, and learn about other services you can use to help your family. The WIC EBT can be used at local grocery stores for cereal, juice, milk, cheese, eggs, peanut butter, fruits, vegetables, whole grains and formula. The food is healthy and everything is free, which makes it easy to do what’s right for you and your kids.
